Even though this is only a one day trek it still requires a high level of physical fitness as you will need to cover a long distance in 6 hours and especially if you are wanting to have the earlier train to enjoy daylight views to Aguas Calientes. Therefore you need to have at least 2 fulldays of acclimatisation in Cusco before doing the trek to ensure you are acclimatised and can walk at a good pace to allow time to enjoy the site of Huchy Qosqo.
If you request a new date (and it is 2 months before departure and not within 7 days of another date for the same tour), then if we are unable to get others to join you and confirm the group price then we can provide a free night in Hotel Marqueses for the night before the tour for free to compensate for the higher cost of the tour as private.. This offer is not for those requesting a private tour only for those requesting group tour if we cannot get 4 other people for their requested date.
