We highly recommend Boutique Hotel Marqueses in Cusco, it is a beautiful and charming Colonial house built at the end of XVI century that has recently been restored and refurbished, located just one block from Cusco`s mayor Plaza. This great location is part of its popularity, close to all of the most important tourist attractions in the famous capital of Inca`s Empire. Well known for its incomparable hospitality and professional service. We can reserve the hotel and transfers you from the airport on your arrival and back on your return, you will enjoy a safe visit, wonderful attention and be pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the Andean Hospitality.
Due to the safe and strategic location you are within easy walking distance of the many historical places, museums, restaurants, cultural, artistic and traditional places of the Imperial Inca City.
SAS Travel Tour Operator & Agency offices are located alongside Hotel Marqueses so we at SAS Travel can assist you at any time.

So much more what I ever expected, and I mean in everything !!!! The guides were amazing ( Ruben and Michael ; ), the food, the porters, the arrangements, just name it, everything worked so well. Now I really do understand why it is worth to pay maybe little bit more than just an ordinary tour operator, Sas Travel really makes your trip easy and that you can enjoy every moment of it, and very important point, with the excellent and professional guides who can really make a huge diffence while up there in the mountains....my best wishes to all SAS Travel staff, would return anytime with you, my Inca Trail was one of the top experiences of my life, thx to you ! Special greeting to our funny and the best guides, Ruben and Michael ; )
AMAZING AND UNFORGETTABLE! Jimmy and Eric were our incredible guides on this fantastic journey. They were thoughtful guides who helped our group of 11 hikers bond right away. I can't emphasize enough how amazing the porters and chefs were- we had elaborate meals every day, and were always well-fed and hydrated. SAS did an exceptional job and it's clear that they are an elite company. Thank you for everything.
Phenomenal trip. We were so incredibly lucky to have Eddy and Herlin to guide our big group of 15 hikers. They were so passionate and incredibly well-informed about the ruins, the medicinal plants along the trail, and took us to less-frequented spots that made this trip very special.
In fact, we were all commenting on our luck on how this trip came together-- the fun & amazing guides, the beautiful weather, bonding with our fellow hikers, the phenomenal cooking (ceviche in the middle of the Andes!), the dedicated and hard-working chasquis -- we all felt very well taken care of by our fellow brothers.
Sulpayki, SAS!
SAS thank you! Nothing written here would be able to express the amazing experience of having Eddy G , Oscar and JC as guides on the Inca trek. Or being pampered by the Chaskey (group from Pisac) and being fed absolutely devine food by Julio and his assistant! It will always remain an unforgettable experience and only good things will be repeated about SAS by this satisfied customer! SAS was referred to my by a friend who was pleased with the experience and so it shall continue to be!
SAS gracias!

Our tours at Machupicchu starts very early to avoid the crowds and before big groups arrives to the Park, personilized service (8-16 person approx), a great small group shared experience !! Other tours groups in Machupicchu are with 20-25 person.
A perfect balance of professional guides to lead you through the mysteries held in these polished stones and ornate structures built by a people of incredible wisdom and fascinating organisation and then enough free time for you to adventure on a hike within Machupicchu or just meditate in its surrounds ....this is for everyone!
This tour is probably the most popular way to combine these 2 tours to utilise the interesting facts about the culture and history of the Sacred Valley as an introduction and backdrop to the wonder of Machupicchu. Making the best use of your time to reduce backtracking and especially as until July there is no train track between Cusco and Ollantaytambo you need to get to Ollantaytambo to take the train to Aguas Calientes so it is not only your best option but one of your few!
Better starting days for this tour are Sunday or Tuesday or Thursday. Best to avoid Saturdays as Sunday in Machu Pichchu is usually more crowded.

This tour is a combination of the famous Sacred Valley Tour and the Classic Train tour to Machupicchu, so for those who only have 2 days to experience these sights rather than 3, it is a must!! A sightseeing and short walks guided tour, We do depart our tours before other groups so we evoid the crowds visiting same sites, but overall we tried to show you places and things that are not commontly seen. Enjoy the beauty to the Andes, high mountains at the famous Sacred Valley of the Incas, see the farming terraces still with maize crops cultivated by modern Cuzqueños, llamas and alpacas en route for classic pictures, see the traditional Market in Pisac now run every single day, guided tour in the Inca town of Pisac at the top of the mountain, then a visit to Ollantaytambo, before we stop at Urubamba the biggest town on the valley for a short typical lunch, late at the afternoon we take a tourist train for 2 and a half hours to the nice town of Aguas Calientes the nearest place to Machupicchu, our staff from Viajeros Hotel will wait for you at the train station to take you just 4 minutes to Viajeros. We enjoy our Dinner and early good night for a next big day!! Early breakfast and at 5:00 am we are taking the first bus for 30 minutes to Machupicchu. Guided tour in this marvelous place, visit of the most relevant temples and areas scorted by your experienced guide, then extra free time to explore by your own. Afternoon return to Ollantaytambo and a private transport to Cusco, transfer to your Hotel. Next day we suggest to get the afternoon train to flight to Lima then you can enjoy the full morning in Cusco, San Blas, Plaza Nazarenas Cristo Blanco walk. Transfer to the airport.
At 8.20am meet at SAS Travel office or transfer from your hotel at earlier time if coordinated. In a tourist bus we travel over the mountains and then we drop 1500 feet to the valley floor of the sacred Urubamba river and the village of Pisac where we will visit a traditional market and you can buy some local souveniers. We then drive up to explore the extensive ruins of Pisac with stunning views over the valley. For those who would prefer to spend more time in the market instead of visiting the ruins, advise your guide so he can organise a time and place to pick you up when they return through the market. We continue on to Urubamba where we stop for you to have lunch. A further 30 mins drive takes us to Ollantaytambo surrounded by the sacred mountains, where we will again discover the magnificence of the Incan constructions and the beauty of the local people in their traditional dress.
You will then be escorted to the train station to board the valle train. This is a 1.5 hr journey to Aguas Calientes where the representative from Hotel Viajeros will meet you and settle you into your accommodation. You have free time to visit the hot springs if you like and then dinner and overnight in the hotel. Dinner is included for you at B&B Viajeros Hostel.
