Heart of Cusco Tour

The tour is based at the non-profit CORASON Centre and can include:

A visit to the guinea pig farm
A chance to see adobe (mud) bricks being made
A walk along the nature trail on the mountain-side to learn about cultural & medicinal uses of native plants
A chance to buy local handicraft items
made by project families
A visit to the children’s project

Your donation goes to the CORASON project, a cultural, environmental and community centre, which serves, equips and trains local families in need, and promotes cultural, ecological and spiritual education.

Program Itinerary

Day 1:

Half-day tour, Tuesdays: 2-5pm, Wednesdays-Fridays: 9:30-12:30; suitable for all ages. We accept groups of 2 to 10 people. Tours are led by members of the CORASON Association who speak both English and Spanish.
