DAY 2.- Floating Islands tour of Lake Titicaca. 7.00am Transfer from the hotel to the port and by motor boat we take you to one of the legendary Uros Islands where you can observe the lives of the Uros people who live on floating reed islands, some only 20 metres in length. After a beautiful 3hr boat ride we reach Amantani island where we will break into smaller groups to stay with the local families. You have the opportunity to trek to the top of the mountain (4150 mtrs) to see the Temples of the Pachamama and Pachatata and enjoy the traditional customs of the island people. Food and authentic music prepared and performed by your designated family.

E.- THE UROS ISLANDS (half a day Tour )
The islands are built using the buoyant Totora reeds that grow abundantly in the shallows of Lake Titicaca. Indeed the lives of the Uros are interwoven with these reeds, which are partially edible and are also used to make their homes, their boats and the crafts they currently churn out for tourists. The islands are constructed from many layers of the totora, which are constantly replenished from the top as they rot from the bottom, so the ground is always soft and springy.

F.- SILLUSTANI TOUR
( A half a day Tour )
In a peninsula of the Umayo lagoon, 34 km from Puno at 3,840 meters above sea level, is Sillustani, a cemetery where a series of impressive tombs pertaining to the Kolla culture can be seen (1200 - 1450) that was developed in the North part of the lagoon, in the well-known locality like Hatuncolla. The particular form of the tombs, trunks of cone invested, called chulpas, are constructions that, in smaller number also are in several other premises of the plateau, like Acora, Ilave, etc. (Sillustani = Sillus (Nail) + Llustani (Slippery) = Slippery of nails, perhaps making reference to that the union of the external blocks does not allow nor the passage of a nail) Before being placed in chulpa, the corpse was momificado On guard fetal. Jointly with momia their properties were placed, in some cases gold objects and silver, utensillos of ceramics and foods, since the beliefs said that after the death they would revive elsewhere where there will be to eat and to drink voluntarily, like before dying. Different types from burials are observed, from most rustic, Pre-Inca, to the falsified mausoleums more, with stones of many perfectly fitted angles in the external part.

DAY 1: AREQUIPA - CHIVAY This Tour starts from Arequipa.
We will pick you up from your Hotel at 07:30 am to initiate
our trip to the one of the deepest Canyons of the world, taking
the highway from Yura, bordering the snow-covered Chachani
mountain towards Cañahuas Pampas; we stop for Coca leaf
tea at the Aguada Blanca National Park the habitat of the beautiful
South American Cameloidaes, the vicuñas, alpacas, waris
and llamas . In the lake of Tocra we will be able to appreciate
a variety of migratory birds, including flamencos. We will
pass the crater of an extinct volcano (Chucura) and then stop
at the famous volcanos panoramic viewpoint, at a high 4.800
meters above sea leavel. From here we will appreciate a great
part of the western mountain range, where you can truly appreciate
the Pre-Inca farming Terraces / platforms know as "andenerias.
Approximately 13:00 to 13:30, Arrival to Chivay and stop for
Lunch(not included).
15:00 our private transport will transfer to us towards the
colorful town "pueblito" of Coporaque, from where we will initiate
an walk of approximately 2 hours, to enjoy the beautiful landscapes
and nature of this side of the valley; as well as a pre-Inca
cemetery located in the skirts of a mountain. You will notice
that this region was intensively populated by andean people
communities.
At 17:00 on return from the walk you have
the opportunity to enjoy the thermal baths in the Limekiln
whose termo-medicinals waters oscillate between 35º to
38º degrees Celsius of temperature in the swimming pools.(

DAY 2: CHIVAY - " CRUZ del CÓNDOR Mirador " - CHIVAY-
AREQUIPA
Early breakfast, we continue 06:30 in our private transport
to the view-point called " Cruz del Cóndor " about 1.5
hour drive into this National Park where you have a very beautiful
view on the Colca Canyon. This is also the place where you'll
be able to observe several flying condors, sometimes passing
very close to you (up to a few meters). Just near this area
your tour guide will show you the Pre-inca tombs hanging in
the mountains. Plenty of time to spend in this natural region
for pictures and gentle walking around the San Pedro cactus
area. On the return we will stop in the towns of Pinchollo,
Maca and Yanque; with their beautiful colonial churches, as
well as in the viewpoints of Choquetico and Antahuilque, from
where we will observe impressive andenería farming platforms
of the valley, and tombs in pre-Incas scale models.

COLCA CANYON 3 DAY - FULL TREKKING DESCENDING to the Canyon
DAILY DEPARTURES from Arequipa.
DAY 1: Arequipa, Cabanaconde, San Juan de Chuccho.
At 06:00am we collect you from your Hotels in Arequipa to
transfer to the Bus Terminal. From here we travel in public
bus to the Colca Valley which takes approximately 4 hours to
Chivay (main town of the Valley). A brief stop to stretch your
legs and then we continue towards Cabanaconde ( 2 hours approx.)
where we will have lunch. Afterward we begin our 4 hours long
walk to descend to the Colca Canyon; we will be able to appreciate
the diverse Andean and tropical vegetation, and also the geological
formation of the Canyon, from the formation period of the mountain
range of the andes. Once at the heart of the Canyon we will
cross the San Juan de Chuccho suspension bridge to arrive to
the town. Here we will spend the night in a local family house
(basic cabins accomodation) Time to interact with the locals
and enjoy their hospitality.
Day 02: San Juan of Chuccho - Sangalle (Oasis)
After breakfast
we re-commence our trek climbing gradually to the andean village
of Tapay which is located at 3,000 mts . We will visit Coshñirhua
and Malata Villages located at 2,600 mts then we will visit
an authentic church and way of life of the locals which are
proud to preserve their traditions and customs in a very rustic
environment, very close to the "Pachamama" to the mother earth.
You will appreciate very beautiful landscapes, ancient farming
terraces to cultivate potatoes and other crops, snow-capped
summits and a variety of flora and fauna. At 13:00 pm we descend
again to the Colca River and arriving to the Oasis or Sangalle
Valley 2,100 mts and settle into our cabins of our chosen family
or camping, relax at the swimming pool, lunch and exploration
of the abandoned mines, waterfalls and opportunity to fish
for trout in the Colca river, time to relax and enjoy this
beautiful site.
Day 03: Cabanaconde - Chivay - Arequipa.
At 4.00am we start our 3 hour walk out of
the canyon.. Once in Cabanaconde we will have breakfast at
(7:45) and then head off for the Cruz del condor, where we
will stay for approx 1 hour, to be able to appreciate the majestic
flight of the Andean Cóndor; soon we will continue on
to arrive at Chivay at arrival 10:30 am. Once there we will
have the opportunity to visit the thermal baths of medicinal
waters with a temperature of 35 to 40ºC and have lunch
in Chivay. At approx 1.30pm we will return to Arequipa arriving
approx 17:00 pm. Transfer to your hotel or to the bus terminal
for ongoing travel to Nazca if desired.

Day 1: Arequipa - Colca Valley

for two hours near the beautiful village of Coporaque on the

Day 2: Colca Valley -Condor's Cross - Arequipa
Early in the
morning departure to the "Condor's Cross" from where the great
andean bird, the Condor, may be spotted flying in circles above
still farmed green pre-incas terraces ,farming platforms .Plenty
of time to enjoy the impressive panorama and views of the Colca
Canyon, one of the deepest in the world , then start walking
to Pampa San Miguel to walk down into the canyon in 3 hours
approximalely , we get to the Colca River and twenty minutes
later we arrive in San Juan de Chuccho. We will enjoy the green
areas and friendly people. Then continue to to Coshñirhua
Village, we have lunch in a tipycal style. We rest here and
then continue; the trekking starts again walking down the Canyon
to Sangalle Valley, a beautiful place located at the bottom
of the Canyon . Semi tropical weather and fruit trees are part
of this place. You can soak in the warm water of the swimming
pool. 6:00 PM .-We have dinner and enjoy making a camp fire,
we will spend the night in the house of the settlers (basic
cabins-accomodation) Time to interact with the locals and enjoy
their hospitality.
Day 3 : Sangalle, Cabanaconde, Cruz del Condor, Chivay , Arequipa.
At 04:00 am after an early breakfast we start climbing a hill
to Cabanaconde ( 3 hours approximately) , around 8:00 am we
will arrive to this Natural Park of " Cruz del Condor "where
you have a very beautiful view on the Colca Canyon. This is
also the place where you'll be able to observe several flying
condors, sometimes passing very close to you (up to a few meters).
Just near this area your tour guide will show you the Pre-inca
tumbs hanging in the mountains. Plenty of time to spend in

Afternoon of Day 1Transfer from your hotel in
Cusco or SAS Office approx at 16:20 pm. >From
Cusco you`ll take the CIAL Royal Class Bus at 17:00 pm
to Nazca arriving at approx 05:45 am. Our representant
in Nazca will wait for you at Bus Terminal and then transferred

are a couple of local restaurants nearby where you can buy
breakfast if you like or also in the hotel but many prefer
to eat something after the flight instead!
The Nazca Lines ; Between 8 amd 8.30am you
are transferred to the Nazca Aerodromo for your Flight over
the mysterious Nazca Lines. Approximately 35 Minutes flying
over this enigmatic zone, where hundreds of years ago
ancient Peruvians drew huge designs, which can be seen only
from the air. Among the figures we will see an enormous representation
of a monkey, a hummingbird, a condor, and a strange creature
known as the Spaceman.The Nazca Lines have been studied by
many people including Paul Kosok their discoverer,and scientists
such as the famous Maria Reiche.
The Cementery of Chauchilla ; Afterwards, we will visit
the pre-Inca cementry of Chauchilla. For many years this
pre Inca place was looted by treasure hunters, who ransacked
the place completely, taking away all the treasures the mummies
kept in their tombs for centuries. These grave robbers just
left behind the corpses, which can be seen today all over the

Evening of Day 1:Transfer from your hotel
in Arequipa at approx 9:20 pm.to the Bus Terminal.
From Arequipa you`ll take the overnight Bus at 10:00 pm to
Nazca arriving at approx 06:00 am. Our representant in Nazca
will wait for you at Bus Terminal and then transferred to Hotel
Maisson Suisse to enjoy a Shower and relax. There are a couple
of local restaurants nearby where you can buy breakfast if
you like or also in the hotel but many prefer to eat something
after the flight instead!
The Nazca Lines ; Between 8 amd 8.30am you are transferred
to the Nazca Aerodromo for your Flight over the mysterious
Nazca Lines. Approximately 35 Minutes flying over this enigmatic
zone, where hundreds of years ago ancient Peruvians drew huge
designs, which can be seen only from the air. Among the figures
we will see an enormous representation of a monkey, a hummingbird,
a condor, and a strange creature known as the Spaceman.The
Nazca Lines have been studied by many people including Paul
Kosok their discoverer,and scientists such as the famous Maria
Reiche.

Cementery of Chauchilla ; Afterwards, we will visit the pre-Inca
cementry of Chauchilla. For many years this pre Inca place
was looted by treasure hunters, who ransacked the place completely,
taking away all the treasures the mummies kept in their tombs
for centuries. These grave robbers just left behind the corpses,
which can be seen today all over the ground. In addition to

Nazca Paracas Bus ; Transfer from to pick up

in Paracas El Condor or Posada del Libertador, Meals are not

Day 3 Excursion to Ballestas Islands : 07.45am
after your breakfast we will transfer you to the mole of Paracas
where you will take a motorboat excursion to the Ballestas
island. These Islands are spectacular, eroded into numerous
arches and caves, which provide shelter for thousands of seas
lions and seabirds, some of which are very rare. The Islands
are known as "The Galapagos of Peru".. A boat tour to the
Ballestas Islands will be the perfect deal for those in search
of marine life. Touring around these small Islands visitors
may easy spot hundreds of birds, Humboldt penguins and dozens
of sea lions, resting on the shores of the Islands. In addition,
visitors will also see a huge figure etched on the slope of
a hill known by the locals as "El Candelabro".
