Program Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Lima

You will be met at Jorge Chavez Lima airport by one of our Representatives and driven to your hotel in the bustling, cosmopolitan Miraflores area of the city. Casa Andina / Leon de Oro Hotel in Miraflores or Melodia Hotel in San Miguel District.

Day 2: Lima - Paracas

Bus journey Lima - Paracas Reserve (04 Hours) Am. Transfer from your Hotel to the tourist bus terminal and departure to Paracas Reserve ,transfer to your Hotel. Visit to the National Reserve of Paracas

Day 3: Ballestas Islands - (The small Galapagos)

Ballestas Islands by Boat Am.Boat trip to Ballestas Islands (The small Galápagos), where you will be able to appreciate Sea Lions, Penguins and thousands of sea birds flying around the islands the Candelabro and Factories. Pm. Bus Journey from Paracas to Nazca by tourist bus. Pm. Arrival in Nasca & transfer to your Hotel Maison Suisse.

Day 4: Nasca Lines - Flight over the mysterious Nasca Lines

Flight over Nasca Lines Am. Flight over the mysterious Nasca Lines for Panoramic views of a monkey, a fish, a spider, a hummingbird and many drawings and geometric figures on the desert visible only from the air. Pm. Overnight tourist bus Nasca - Arequipa (09 hours).

Day 5: Arequipa The white city with El Misti Volcano.

Arrival in Arequipa and free Day to acclimatize Am. Arrival in Arequipa & transfer to your Hotel Corregidor or Posada Castillo Hotel.- You can have local visit to the Santa Catalina Convent and different nice Plazas and monuments. Arequipa is the second lasrgest city in Peru with strong Spanish architecture influence maintained in a good conditions, The Plaza the Armas is espectacular.

Day 6: Colca Canyon guided tour with an expert guide. Cruz del Condor to see Condors.

Early in the morning at 07.00 am a english speaking Guide will pick you up from your Hotel to start our adventure to Colca Canyon tour , on the way we will pass through Pampa Cañahua Reserve where Vicuñas, Alpacas & Llamas can be seen. Afternoon free to relax in the thermal Waters. Pm.Overnight in Chivay in Colca Inn Lodge. (Optional to Upgrade other superior quality Hotels)

Day 7: Colca Canyon and Condors at Mirador Cruz del Condor.

Colca Canyon & Condors at Mirador Cruz del Condor. Am. After Breakfast, we go to the Cross of The Condor to see this most majestic Bird. Pm. Back to Arequipa on the way view of Sabancaya& El Misti and Ampato Volcanoes. Pm. Overnight in Arequipa. Hotel Corregidor or Hotel Posada Castillo.

Day 8: Arequipa - Puno -Lake Titikaca , Floating Island tour.

Bus journey Arequipa Puno (06 hours) Am. Transfer from your Hotel to the Tourist bus station & departure to Puno. Pm. Arrival in Puno & transfer to your Hotel in Puno.(3860 mts)

Day 9: Lake Titicaca

Lake Titicaca -Uros,Taquile and Amantani Island & Overnight stay. Am. After Breakfast, we board our motor boat on the highest navigable Lake in the world, our first stop will be on the floating Totora reed Islands of Uros, we continue to Amantani Island where we will spend the night with a local family. Taquile Island - Puno Am. We continue to Taquile Islands where we will learn more about Pre-Inca culture. Afternoon back to Puno. Pm. Overnight in Puno. Hotel Buho or Plaza Mayor Puno. (3860 mts)

Day 11: Puno - Cusco

Bus journey Puno Cusco Am. Transfer from your Hotel to the Inca Express Tourist bus Station for departure to Cusco. Today you will appreciate spectacular views of the Mountains & countryside , through the high Altiplano region. Optional to take a Train Journey to Cusco. Pm. Day 12: City Tour in Cusco

Cusco Tour Inca Imperial City 14:00 Guided City tour of Cusco & Visit to the four nearby Inca Ruins: Sacsayhuaman, with its massive walls they carry out here the famous Inti-Raymi in June Winter Solstice every year, Qenko, site of carved living rock, Puca Pucara, an Inca lodging Site & Tambo Machay, known as the Baths of the Inca. Day 13: Sacred Valley

Sacred Valley of the Incas Am. Today, we will pass through the Sacred Valley, visiting the famous typical Market of Pisac, Solf hike into the Archaeological town of Pisac & Ollantaytambo Fortress, an incredible Royal Inca site. Returning late in the afternoon to Cusco . Marqueses Hotel Breakfast included.

Day 14: Cusco - Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu)

Classic Special Tour to Machu Picchu- Train Special Excursion. Am. Transfer from your Hotel to train station & departure to Aguas Calientes (4 Hrs).This train ride is suppose to be one of the nicest journeys in South America due to the very impressive views of the andean landscapes, snow capped mountains, andes pintoresques villages ,the sacred urubamba river,and some inca remains along both sides of the Valley and finally the high jungle of Aguas Calientes, where the representative from Hostal Viajeros will meet you and settle you into your accommodation. Free time to wander around the markets and settle in. Buffet Lunch in Hostal Viajeros from 1.30pm. Recommended activities in Aguas Calientes to climb Putucusi Mountain or the solf hike to Mandor waterfalls to see the site of the first Base Camp of Hiram Bingham the discoverer of Machupicchu in 1911, see the renewed MP site Museum or just see the old Train Station Puente Ruinas. The Magic of Machupicchu 05.00 early breakfast , 30 minutes bus to Machu Picchu. where you will have a guided tour of this amazing,magic & mysterious Inca Site so that you can get some insight into the various features of the city Inca temples, Nobles residences, Ceremonial buildings and rocks, water channels and fountains, farming platforms-gardens and plazas will be visited. Full Guided Tour and extra time to explore this unique site. Optional activities; climb to Huaynapicchu, temple of the moon, Inti Punku, the Sun gate or Inca bridge . late afternoon an hour walk to Aguas Calientes , Train back to Cusco. Then you just need to pay your deposit, pay for 2 or more person in your group with ONE Reservation Code, so we can guarantee all your permits, tickets for Machupicchu, train tickets and tour all together in a group.
  • How to make your deposit and confirm your spots on the tour:
  • Step 3.- PAY A BOOKING-DEPOSIT with WESTERN UNION: US$ 400.00 per person through in order to: Irwin Poma Flores DNI 46612452 (SAS Travel, Cusco PERU) Upon transferring the money email us the Money Transfer Number (MTCN) copy of your reservation and amount paid to: office@sastravelperu.com and david@sastravelperu.com to confirm your deposit. We will confirm your reservation on the same day.
  • Step 3.- PAY A BOOKING-DEPOSIT ONLINE with MASTER CARD or VISA.- US$ 420.00 per person. (US$ 400.00 + 5% card charge). Payments by credit card will carry a surcharge of 5%. As soon as we receive your deposit we will procced purchasing your Permits for Inca Trail trek, tickets etc . We will send you a final confirmation of your tour with detailed information shortly.   • FINAL PAYMENT: The remaining balance needs to be paid at your arrival to Cusco in US$ Dollars cash or Peruvian soles (Exchange rate 2.90 Soles for US$1). Payments with credit / debit cards are accepted with a commission of 8%, Travelers' cheques with 3% only at our Office in Cusco.
  • Final payments of your tour IN ADVANCEwith card it is possible, it will be with 5% extra or you can transfer the balance through Western Union.

  • You can book any of our Packages just as they are described on our web site or we can customize an itinerary to meet your exact needs and requirements.
  • As soon as we receive your booking on-line OR the reservation booking form we will start processing your tour reservations and will send you a promt confirmation by e-mail .
  • Please note that each Package has a certain deposit amount depending of the character of your tour.
  • One of our Agents will contact you in a few days to e-mail the official confirmation for your tour including your Reservation Code and Hotel Names.
  • The balance needs to be paid at your arrival to Cusco in US$ Dollars cash or in Peruvian soles to the exchange rate of the date. Payments with credit / debit cards are accepted with a commission of 5%, Travelers' cheques with 3%.
  • On your arrival in Cusco city, or in Lima if is that the case all Travel Vouchers & Tickets will be given to you.
  • We expect to receive your flight detail re-confirmation 48 hours before your arrival just to ensure there are no last minute changes

This means when you get off a bus, plane, or train, you will be met by one of our SAS Travel english speaking representatives, who will drive you to your hotel or to your next tour.
  • PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: International air fares to Peru, airport taxes, meals other than those specified in your itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance, and tips. Entrance fees to the archaeological sites I the tours.

  • DOMESTIC FLIGHT TICKETS: Flight tickets purchased in Peru to LAN are non refundable neither changeable, so please take notice of this when you organize your voyage.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • 1. If you cancel your booking more than 90 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of deposit.
  • 2. If you cancel your booking 89 to 30 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of deposit.
  • 3. If you cancel your trip while traveling in Peru, the cancellation fee is 100% of Trip price.
  • PRIVACY POLICY: All the information you provide us, full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, telephone number, and address or your credit card info will be used strictly to process your trip arrangements. This information will not be shared with anyone.
