HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING:

Now you have your reservation code, please pay your booking deposit according the indications below:
- US$ 262.50 pp (US$ 250+5% card charge) for 4D/3N, 4D/4N Classic Inca Trail treks (7D/6N Salkantay & Inca Trail, 5D/4N Pilgrimage, 4D/3N Private Inca Trail).
- US$ 157.50 pp (US$ 150+5% card charge) for 2D/1N Short Inca trail (2D/1N Inca Trail Private, 2D/1N Combo) treks: (Salkantay,Lares,Choquequirao,Huchuy Qosqo)
- US$ 105.00 pp (US$ 100+5% card charge) for Machupicchu 1 Day by tour by train (2 Day Sunrise, Active or Combo tours to Machupicchu).
- US$ 210.00 pp (US$ 200+5% card charge) for Manu Park trips and Amazon Jungle Lodges in Puerto Maldonado or Iquitos .
- US$ 525.00 pp (US$ 500+5% card charge) for Multiday Packages or amount indicated in how to book information for packages.
- 50% per person (+5% card charge) of the total price for our Extention Tours to Colca Canyon, Titikaca Lake, Nazca Lines etc

2.- MASTERCARD ONLINE PAYMENT. Pay your booking deposit directly with Master Card.

| 3.- VISA ONLINE PAYMENT Pay your booking deposit directly with Visa Card. (VISA card holders need to be Affiliated to "VERIFIED VISA".
Please IMMEDIATELY resend to: office@sastravelperu.com and adino@sastravelperu.com along with an email including: (If your transaction is confirmed with message 403 - Card non authenticated or Denied - you need to ring your bank and request the affiliation with "VERIFIED By VISA" before reattempting the ONLINE payment.) |

4.- PAYING WITH OTHER CARDS USING A BOOKING FORM.- If you do not have a Visa Credit card or your VISA payment was denied or not authenticated by verified VISA, this means your payment was not successful. You can then use Visa, Amex (American Express) or Master Card with the BOOKING FORM.

FINAL CONFIRMATION:
Once you make a payment ONLINE with Mastercard or VISA you should receive an email confirming that your payment was successful. The subject will read Confirmacion de Compra, and it must have an AUTHORIZATION CODE with 6 NUMBERS / LETTERS.
- The full reservation details that you received by email for all people in your party. This should include your reservation codes for each and every person.
- The date of your trek/tour and method of payment.
- Scanned attachment of ISIC student cards when applicable. For students under the age of 15 without ISIC card we require a scanned copy of the photo page of their passport to register their permit as student.
- Any alterations you need to make to the original reservation: For example rent a porter for 9 Kg, extra night after your trek.
- If your interest is climbing Huaynapicchu mountain after your trek, please let us know urgently, the admision fee is US$63.00. New rules from July 15th, permits are limited.

PAYING THE REMAINING TREK / TOUR BALANCE:
You can pay the balance of your trek or tour at our Office in Cusco (minimum of 2 days before trek/tour departure). Our office is located in Calle Garcilaso 270 near Plaza San Francisco CUSCO. We request this payment in US dollars. You can withdraw US$ from the many ATM machines close to the plaza and you will find it is generally more economic on debit cards. We also accept Travel Cheques, however a 3% commission is charged.
If a final payment is not made by 12 noon the day before any tour or service such as the Inca trail, the total balance will be charged to the credit card + the 8% commission.
We'll be happy to personally check your Inca Trail Reservation and Permits at anytime if you have already sent your documents and payment, but have not yet received a final confirmation email. If you receive an annulment message you will need to ring us or Skype us and reserve again for a later date on the website.
